Textolite is a laminated plastic obtained as a result of pressing under high temperatures of fabric and polymer binder. The fabric is placed in specialized baths, where the process of impregnating them with resins (40 ° C) begins.
Fiberglass electrotechnical sheet STEF is used as an electrical insulating material. For outdoor operation in conditions of normal relative humidity of the environment (relative humidity 45-75% at a temperature of 15-35 °C) at a voltage of more than 1000 V and a current frequency of 50 Hz, as well as for working in the air in conditions of high ambient humidity.
